We recently had Middleton & Wood arrange my lovely mums funeral. We were so pleased with the support, kindness and professionalism of Sâin. With her help we arranged a wonderful humanistic service with a lovely celebrant. From first contact, collecting and looking after mum, and guiding us through the whole process we were treated with patience, care and respect. When the hearse was arriving at mum & dad’s house, it was such a dignified sight, with Sâin walking in front, in her top hat and tails. There was a touch of splendour and ceremony which I wasn’t expecting; it made me smile and I thought how much my mum would have loved it. I felt listened to, heard, understood and, I appreciated how thoughtfully Sâin guided us through the whole process. Thank you.
